Konditor & Cook’s Chancery Lane bakery aimed to establish the indulgent London bakers north of the river. A deep, pivoting entrance door acts as a glazed case to display goods both internally and externally. The interior integrates concrete counters and display areas into the refurbished fabric of the original building.
